Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant: Ageas has an exciting opportunity for anexperienced risk professional who thrives on influencing senior leaders,challenging established thinking, and driving continuous improvement within aregulated financial services environment. You'll operate as a senior businesspartner across the organisation, supporting and challenging 1st line colleagueswhilst helping to strengthen our risk culture, enhance resilience, and ensurecompliance with evolving regulatory expectations.



As a Senior Enterprise Risk Consultantwithin the 2nd Line Enterprise Risk team, you will provide independentoversight and challenge across a range of business activities, ensuring thatkey risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively. Workingclosely with senior leaders and business owners, you'll support the consistentapplication of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and help embed strongrisk ownership throughout the organisation.



This is a highly visible role withsignificant stakeholder engagement across the business. Whilst the role has nodirect people management responsibility, it requires strong influencing skills,credibility with senior stakeholders, and the confidence to provide robustchallenge where required.




Main Responsibilities as Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant:

• Provideindependent 2nd Line oversight and challenge.


• Partnerwith senior leaders on risk-related decision making.


• Embedand enhance enterprise risk management practices.


• Deliverclear risk insight, reporting, and governance support.


• Supportregulatory compliance and a strong risk culture.

Skills and experience you need as Senior Enterprise Risk Consultant:

• EnterpriseRisk experience within FCA-regulated financial services.


• Strongunderstanding of risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.


• Exceptionalstakeholder management and influencing skills.


• Confidenceto challenge and hold business owners to account.


• Stronganalytical, reporting, and communication skills.
