Lead Pricing Analyst - Hosehold: As a Lead Pricing Analyst, yo'll own and drive key areas of pricing activity, taking responsibility for projects and workstreams from initial investigation throgh to recommendation, approval and implementation.



Yo'll combine strong technical analysis with commercial awareness, helping Ageas nderstand market trends, competitor movements and pricing performance, while identifying new opportnities to improve or pricing approach.

Yo'll also help develop and spport Pricing Analysts within the team, providing gidance on their work and helping bild technical capability across the fnction.



This role offers excellent exposre to senior stakeholders and provides the opportnity to inflence strategic pricing decisions that directly impact bsiness performance.

Main Responsibilities as Lead Pricing Analyst - Hosehold:

Lead and deliver pricing projects and workstreams to agreed timescales and qality standards.

Investigate complex bsiness challenges and develop innovative, data-driven pricing soltions.

Develop and present pricing proposals that balance growth, competitiveness and profitability.

Spport strategic decision-making throgh sophisticated actarial and statistical analysis.

Identify opportnities for new rating factors, enhanced methodologies and alternative pricing approaches.

Work closely with nderwriting, Actarial and Implementation teams to deliver pricing initiatives.

Coordinate stakeholders throghot the pricing process, ensring the right governance, approvals and sign-offs are in place.

Spport the deployment and implementation of pricing changes into live environments.

Develop, validate, review and approve predictive models.

Maintain and enhance pricing and monitoring datasets.

Analyse portfolio performance, cstomer behavior and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions.

Coach, spport and develop Pricing Analysts and Senior Pricing Analysts.

Skills and experience yo need as Lead Pricing Analyst - Hosehold:

Ideally hosehold pricing experience, bt mst have general lines experience.

Experience sing Databricks, or Python, R or other statistical programming langages.

Experience with Radar, Earnix or eqivalent rating software.

Strong data maniplation and programming skills.

Experience sing analytics and modelling techniqes to solve complex bsiness problems.

Ability to commnicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical adiences.

Experience presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Strong project management, planning and organisational skills.
