Do yo have a strong commercial mindset and the ability to bild strong positive relationships with stakeholders? We are looking for individals who can deliver a range of strategic, commercial and bsiness planning advice and gidance.



The main prpose of the Bsiness Consltant role is to deliver vale-added conslting soltions to SJP's priority partnerships. Key responsibilities inclde designing, bilding and delivering a Consltancy Proposition. The team is made p of Consltant's who have expert knowledge who together will be able to help Practices improve their overall bsiness performance and sstainability.



sing a range of knowledge, skills and tools the Bsiness Consltants will spport Partners and Practice leadership teams to develop the effectiveness of conslting within bsinesses with growth potential; they create a sharper focs on the things that matter, optimising the se of SME and Partnership resorces to create a plan and generate prodctivity growth throgh increased efficiency and continos improvement.



Depending on where yo're based in the North, yo'll either spport or partnerships in the North East or North West.


What yo will be doing:

Maintaining positive relationships with partner practices, inclding bsiness planning and reglar reviews aimed at enhancing their bsinesses and their commercial performance.

Designing bsiness improvement soltions and programmes, spporting and conslting to deliver sccessfl well rn and profitable bsinesses.

Reviewing, measring, and assessing the efficiency of relationships and tangible retrn on investment of each Partner relationship.

Create, bild and deliver a bsiness implementation plan, reflecting a comprehensive and accontable plan for the partner practice to achieve their goals.

Working closely with partnerships to ensre that the right resorce is available at the right time to spport projects.

Ensre risk and compliance reqirements are met on client otcomes, with reglar reviews

Deliver "model office(s)" for priority bsinesses

We're looking for people who have helped bsinesses transform and achieve positive client otcomes throgh bilding long term bsiness relationships and inflencing decisions throgh effective coaching.


Essential Criteria:

Yo'll have previos experience of sing data and insights to diagnose problems and inform decision making with proven relationship bilding skills.

Able to listen and adapt yor style to be soltion focssed, a coach, mentor or strategic planner as needed - yo've operated previosly as a tre bsiness partner.

Experience of bilding strong relationships with key partners with evidence of inflencing and coaching to improve performance and drive efficiencies

Strong commercial acmen and the ability to develop an implementation plan with or partner bsinesses

Desirable Criteria:

CMI Level 5 Professional Consltancy (or eqivalent) wold be an advantage. Yo'll either be a qalified coach/Consltant or will have the relevant prior experience.
