As an Academy Selection Manager, yo'll play a key role in shaping that ftre. Yo'll assess and select individals with the potential to scceed as Financial Advisers, helping s bild a strong and sstainable pipeline of talent. This is an opportnity to inflence the long-term sccess of the Partnership by identifying people with the mindset, resilience and ambition reqired to thrive in a professional advice career.

Working closely with colleages across the Academy, Bsiness Partnering, Reglatory Athorisations and the wider Partnership, yo'll deliver a strctred and engaging assessment experience that enables informed, evidence-based decisions while ensring candidates have a clear nderstanding of the opportnities available to them.
What Yo'll Be Doing

Delivering the Academy Selection and Assessment process, identifying individals with the aptitde and potential to bild sccessfl careers as Financial Advisers.

Condcting strctred interviews and assessments that evalate candidates against the behaviors, capabilities and attribtes needed to scceed within the Partnership.

Bilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensre candidates are appropriately assessed, selected and transitioned into the Academy.

Spporting recritment and growth ambitions by providing insights and recommendations that contribte to the qality of ftre Adviser appointments.

Managing and facilitating the Transfers process, assessing readiness for Adviser and Bsiness Owner roles and providing objective recommendations.

Maintaining accrate management information and reporting to spport effective decision-making and stakeholder engagement.

Promoting continos improvement by identifying opportnities to enhance selection processes and candidate experience.

Yo'll be a confident and credible assessment or selection professional with experience gained within Financial Services. Yo nderstand how to identify potential as well as performance, and yo're skilled at balancing commercial awareness with objective decision-making. Yo'll enjoy bilding relationships with a range of stakeholders, giding candidates throgh important career decisions and contribting to the development of ftre talent. With excellent commnication skills and strong professional jdgement, yo'll be comfortable making evidence-based recommendations that spport positive otcomes for both candidates and the bsiness.
Essential Criteria

Experience delivering strctred assessment and selection processes.

Proven ability to interview, assess and identify talent and potential.

Strong jdgement with the ability to make objective, evidence-based decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management, commnication and inflencing skills.

Commercial awareness and nderstanding of the Financial Services sector.

Desirable Criteria

Experience within a Financial Adviser, Wealth Management or wider reglated Financial Services environment.

Knowledge of Adviser recritment, development or Academy-style programmes.

Experience of psychometric assessment tools or willingness to gain psychometric accreditation, inclding Hogan.

Experience spporting process improvement initiatives.
