Description



As Head of IBA you will be responsible for overseeing all accounting activities related to insurance brokerage operations, including premium accounting, insurer settlements, client collections, commission reconciliation, trust accounts, and regulatory compliance. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial records while maintaining strong controls over client and insurer funds.

Candidate Profile



We welcome applicants with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/ACCA preferred)

• Extensive experience in IBA or insurance finance

• Strong understanding of insurance products, premiums, commissions, and trust accounting

• Proven experience dealing with regulators, insurers, and auditors

• Deep knowledge of IBA practices

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in accounting systems and insurance broker management systems
