Or Property & Casalty (P&C) Reinsrance Operations team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Reinsrance Technical Acconting Specialist to join or Mmbai office. In this role, yo will manage reinsrance acconting transactions, ensre the timely processing of statements of accont, maintain accrate financial records, and provide key spport to nderwriting teams across the Asia-Pacific region.



Yo will work closely with nderwriters, finance colleages, cedents, brokers, and internal bsiness stakeholders to ensre premim and claims transactions are processed accrately and on time, while maintaining compliance with applicable reglatory and tax reqirements.




Yor Key Responsibilities

Manage the review and processingof P&C reinsrance premim and claims statements of accont, ensringcompleteness, accrate recording and compliance with contractal reqirements

Work closely with technicalacconting team based in Cologne

Reconcile accont balances andinvestigate discrepancies with brokers, cedents, and internal stakeholders

Monitor otstanding statements ofaccont and proactively follow p with nderwriting teams, brokers, andbsiness nit leaders to identify and resolve late or missing acconts

Prepare reglar reports onotstanding acconts, processing backlogs, and reconciliations stats

Coordinate with nderwriting teamsto ensre timely booking of premim, commissions, claims, and other contractaladjstments

Handle India GST/VAT and indirecttax matters related to reinsrance transactions, working closely with theFinance and Tax teams to ensre reglatory compliance

Assist with internal and externaladits by providing spporting docmentation and explanations as reqired

Ensre compliance with companyacconting policies, internal controls, and reglatory reqirements

Contribte to regional andinternational projects and initiatives

Yor Profile

Degree qalified in Acconting,Finance, Commerce, Bsiness, or a related discipline

3-8 years of experience inreinsrance technical acconting, insrance operations, or financial acconting

Property & Casalty (P&C)reinsrance acconting experience is strongly preferred

Familiarity with reinsranceacconting activities, inclding statements of accont, premim and claimsacconting, commissions, cash settlements, and reinsrance contractadministration

Knowledge of India GST/VATreqirements applicable to (re)insrance transactions is desirable

Strong proficiency in MicrosoftExcel, with experience sing acconting or reinsrance administration systems

Good command of English, bothspoken and written

Excellent analytical,organizational, and reconciliation skills with strong attention to detail
