Job Description
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve cash management product targets for corporate and institutional clients.
* Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients to understand their cash management needs and propose tailored solutions.
* Provide expert advisory on a comprehensive range of cash management products, including collections, payments, liquidity management, and trade finance solutions.
* Collaborate closely with relationship managers to integrate cash management solutions into overall client proposals and strengthen client relationships.
* Conduct financial analysis and prepare compelling proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value and benefits of UOB's cash management offerings.
* Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape in the cash management space to identify new opportunities and refine product offerings.
* Work with product development teams to provide client feedback and contribute to the enhancement and innovation of cash management products.
* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
* Represent the bank at industry events and conferences to promote UOB's cash management capabilities.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CTP) is a plus.
* Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in cash management sales or advisory roles within a banking or financial services institution, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Strong understanding of corporate cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
* In-depth knowledge of various cash management products and services, including electronic banking platforms, payment systems, and liquidity structures.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and effectively negotiate commercial terms.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
