1. Analyze internal and external reports, market trends, and insights to understand Japan's inbound tourism market. Identify cross-border payment habits and preferences of users, and propose growth opportunities and strategic recommendations for the assigned region.

2. Understand the merchant landscape in the destination, identify merchant needs, and design transaction growth plans by leveraging available resources.

3. Collaborate closely with the BD (Business Development) and Marketing teams to create regional growth benchmarks, taking responsibility for transaction volume growth.

4. Continuously monitor the ROI of the assigned region's business to ensure sustained growth while maintaining healthy ROI performance.

Job Requirement

1. Over 3 years of experience in B2C operations within the internet industry; experience in merchant operations for over 1 year is preferred.

2. Hands-on experience planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns/promotions.

3. Strong data sensitivity and excellent analytical skills.

4. Highly responsible and self-driven.

5. Fluent Chinese is a must.

6. Good English proficiency, capable of using English as a working language.
