A well-established General Insurance company is looking for a Travel Claims Officer to Senior Officer.
The Role
- Handling Travel Claims independently.
- Act as the key contact for claim inquiries and disputes from intermediaries and clients, driving timely and accurate resolutions.
- Identify and investigate red flags for potential fraud while ensuring all claims decisions are fully compliant with policy provisions.
- Authorize claim settlements within assigned authority levels.
- Partner with the Team Lead to oversee team operations, handle supervisory duties, and contribute to ad-hoc assignments.
- Providing guidance and technical expertise to junior staff.
- Providing technical support to the team including workflow simplification and automation initiatives.
Your Profile
- Minimum 3- 5 years hands-on experience in handling Travel or Accident & Health claims.
- Preferably achieved recognized industry standard certificate (e.g. Snr Asso. of ANZIIF).
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Ability to work under pressure and work in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Cantonese and good command of written and spoken English.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Claims Officer.
