Our client is looking for Tax Manager to join the team
The Role
- Provide international tax advice to headquarter and subsidiaries; Actively support Asia-Pacific Regional Initiatives
- Responsible for transfer pricing management, tax planning for investment and financing structures, and cross-border tax optimization
- Handle profits tax filings for HK Companies
- Participate in group restructuring and M&A Projects
- Perform in other tax related assignments as requested by headquarter
Your Profile
- Bachelor in Finance / Accounting
- 8 years of relevant experience in international tax / transfer pricing
- Experience working in SOE (state-owned enterprise) or Chinese company would be a plus
- CPA qualification
