• Support system enhancement and platform upgrade projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, testing, and implementation activities.
• Partner with business users and technology teams to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate and improve operational processes and client lifecycle.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Assist on ad-hoc projects

What you'll need to succeed

• Business / Finance related bachelor's degree holder
• Excellent command of English
• 5+ years of BA/ PM/ Product owner experience
