The Company

Our client is hiring a Finance Manager, Regional Consolidations to own and drive the end-to-end regional consolidation process for a multi-entity organization. You'll partner closely with local finance teams to resolve variances, strengthen controls and documentation, and support audit readiness while continuously improving consolidation processes to reduce cycle time and recurring issues.

The Role

• Run the regional consolidation process and ensure on-time month-end/quarter-end deliverables
• Validate inputs, perform consolidation reviews, and drive closure of reconciliations/schedule gaps
• Prepare and present consolidated P&L/Balance Sheet reporting packs and variance narratives
• Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure accounting policy alignment and accurate reporting
• Support audit requests, control documentation, and compliance with corporate accounting standards
• Improve consolidation templates, checks, and process efficiency (automation where possible)

Your Profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Experience: 10-15 years of accounting and finance experience; experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain, or related industries strongly preferred.
• Financial Modelling: Advanced proficiency with Excel; strong ability to build driver-based models and explain variance.
• Forecasting Discipline: Demonstrated ability to run monthly/quarterly planning cycles with high accuracy and strong stakeholder management.
• Communication: Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
