Our client is a world-class financial institution with a strong global presence and an excellent reputation for attracting top talent. They are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join their Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with stakeholders across different business functions.
Your new role
- Support Talent Acquisition Business Partners throughout the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced hire positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers and interview panel members throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage recruitment logistics, including interview arrangements, calendar coordination, meeting invitations and assessment scheduling.
- Track candidate progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all recruitment records are accurately maintained.
- Prepare recruitment documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding paperwork.
- Work closely with HR, hiring managers and external candidates to facilitate offer management and onboarding processes.
- Ensure recruitment processes are conducted in accordance with internal policies, compliance requirements and service level agreements.
- Produce recruitment reports and provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruitment events and ad hoc recruitment projects.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR administration or related functions.
- Experience gained within financial services, banking, professional services or multinational corporations would be advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under tight deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential as the role will support an international experienced hire recruitment team.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
