A leading global asset manager is seeking a Marketing Associate to support the execution of marketing initiatives across Asia Pacific. This role will work closely with regional marketing teams and global creative stakeholders, supporting a broad range of marketing, design, communications, and event activities while ensuring consistent brand standards and high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, communications, client gifting programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Lead the layout design, image sourcing, retouching, and production of marketing communications and publications, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with external vendors and service providers to support marketing activities and project delivery.
- Create and manage marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, sales materials, email communications, advertisements, and other marketing publications.
- Update and maintain quarterly marketing materials, including data-intensive presentations, charts, and marketing documents.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver effective marketing solutions that support business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 2-5+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, marketing communications, or a related field.
- Experience within financial services, asset management, or professional services environments is preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and technologies.
- Native-level fluency in Cantonese and excellent written communication skills in English & Chinese
- Experience in content management, multimedia design, video editing, event management, or vendor management would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
