The Senior Officer, HNW Business will provide business and operational support to the HNW team, focusing on business analytics, training support, premium financing administration, and case management assistance. This role is ideal for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in developing expertise within the High Net Worth insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analytics & Reporting

Prepare regular business performance reports and management dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and other reporting tools.
Analyze sales data, business trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support management decision-making.
Maintain data accuracy and provide timely reports to stakeholders.
Assist in business performance tracking, campaign monitoring, and ad hoc management reporting.
Presentation & Training Support

Develop and enhance professional presentation materials, training decks, and marketing support materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the organization and coordination of HNW product training sessions, workshops, and business seminars.
Collaborate with team members to create effective training content and business communications.
Premium Financing Administration

Coordinate and manage document exchange with premium financing banks.
Handle and review premium financing-related documentation, including but not limited to:
Notice of Assignment (NOA)
Absolute Notice of Assignment (ANOA)
Other financing-related forms and documentation requirements
Liaise with internal departments, banks, and distribution channels to ensure smooth premium financing processes.
Monitor outstanding documentation and follow up on case progress.
Insurance & Case Management Support

Utilize basic life insurance product knowledge to support business operations.
Generate policy illustrations and benefit proposals for life insurance products.
Assist the HNW team in pre-case assessment and case coordination.
Support ongoing HNW case management activities, including documentation review, case tracking, and workflow coordination.
Learn and develop expertise in High Net Worth insurance solutions, underwriting, premium financing structures, source of wealth/funds requirements, and complex case management.

Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or business support functions.
Experience in reporting, data analysis, administration, or training support is preferred.
