Your new company

Your new company is an expanding, western, asset management firm with 10+ years of track record, and an AUM of USD 1bn+. Due to strong performance, they are currently looking for a COO who is interested in supporting the fund in its next stage of growth.

Your new role

In your new role you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all aspects of the mid-back office function
• Support the execution of the fund's strategy
• Develop and drive the firm's culture
• Lead and drive the firm towards being a more AI-native organisation

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed you will need:

• Strong experience / track record in scaling and building high-performing organisations.
• Prior experience as a COO / Chief of staff / GM
• Open to candidates from a wide variety of organisations (Financial services experience is ideal - but not mandatory)
• Strong vision of how AI can be implemented within businesses
• Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
