What You'll Do:

• Produce detailed construction cost estimates in accordance with client requirements
• Provide input to the A/E team regarding potential issues impacting cost estimates
• Coordinate with the design team from project inception through completion

Must-Have Qualifications:
• 5+ years of recent construction cost estimating experience for large-scale commercial construction projects
• Solid knowledge of cost estimating principles for commercial building construction
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering construction documents
• Proficient with estimating software such as MCASES, RSMeans, or Procore
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong math skills and ability to analyze numerical data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Federal and/or healthcare project experience a plus
• CPE certification preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related field preferred
