Title: Senior Project Manager - Land Development
Location: Cary, NC
Pay: $145K - $170K

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver land development projects including stormwater management, grading, water/sanitary sewer, and erosion/sediment control design
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgets
• Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
• Prepare proposals, scopes, budgets, and manage project financials (invoices, receivables)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing new business opportunities
• Mentor, hire, and train new staff to grow a high-performing civil/site development team
• Provide oversight and guidance on permitting and construction activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of site design experience in land development
• Expertise in stormwater management, hydraulics, hydrologic analysis, grading, and site development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience preferred)
• Knowledge of city, county, and state land use processes and regulations (NC experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, client management, and financial management skills
