Role Qualifications

• 6+ years of insurance accounting experience
• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, including balance sheet reconciliations and P&L management
• Proven ability to evaluate processes, streamline workflows, and implement operational improvements
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
