Work You'll Do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for...
- Assess current-state supply chain processes, operating models, and performance data to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Develop analyses, business cases, and recommendations across planning, sourcing, logistics, inventory, and distribution activities
- Prepare client deliverables, including executive presentations, process maps, dashboards, and implementation roadmaps
- Support workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to define future-state requirements and transformation priorities
- Coordinate workstream activities, track deliverables, and support implementation planning across client and project teams
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Qualifications
Required :
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, supply chain operations, procurement, logistics, inventory management, or network optimization
- 2+ years of experience supporting federal, state, local government, or public higher education clients
- 2+ years of experience developing client deliverables using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience documenting business processes, operating models, or business requirements
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in Huntsville, Alabama
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or Public Policy
- Experience supporting supply chain transformation strategy, roadmap development, or implementation planning
- Experience with enterprise resource planning platforms, including SAP or Oracle
- Experience with supply chain planning, transportation management, or warehouse management systems
- Experience creating dashboards or analyses using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience creating process maps using Microsoft Visio
