About the Role:



You will deliver high-quality marketing, content, services, and solutions across owned, shared, and earned channels. You will manage end-to-end campaign development, coordinating proposition strategy, briefs, schedules, squads, partner concerns, and delivery practices to support revenue and audience outcomes. You will report to the Experience Delivery Director and use a hybrid work schedule, of at least two days per week in our Durham office.




You Will:

• Participate with Experience Partners, Proposition Owners, and Team Leaders to create programs in consideration of proposition strategies and audience segments.


• Write and submit briefs with SMART goals, channel deliverables, delivery dates, audience outcomes, and measures.


• Align scheduling with Experience Management Planning, integrated calendars, and capacity constraints.


• Activate squad members or seasonal squads across Learning, Conferences, Online Events, Creative, Content Services, Marketing Operations, Digital Product Management, and Global Engagement Center.


• Appoint squad leaders, initiate squad processes, and monitor activity from end-to-end to ensure delivery to specifications and outcomes.


• Respond to concerns from Proposition Owners and partners and work with squads to provide prompt resolution.


• Review delivery practices and working relationships across squads at least every six months.


• Help direct squad work and ensure delivery by squad members.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree


• 7+ years of experience in marketing, digital content management, digital content development or related field.


• Experience creating services, solutions, and stories that provide meaningful and experiences to users through use-centric design.


• Experience delivering across multiple channels.


• Agile methodology

The Salary Range for this role is: $88,000 - $112,000
