The Sheffield Corporate team now have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join their senior management as a Director or Partner. The team sees this appointment as key to driving the next phase of its growth.Ideally candidates would have an existing following - but someone who has a clear plan as to how they would help create future growth would also be considered.
Candidates with at least 7+ PQE are invited to apply. You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and private equity. The team work seamlessly across our offices, and you will be a good team player, with a strong track record in nurturing and developing talent.
