The Team



The EMEA Talent Acquisition team supports hiring across 30 countries, partnering with a wide range of business areas and stakeholders to attract high-calibre talent across the region. The team operates in a fast-paced, international environment where accuracy, collaboration and candidate experience are central to how we work.



The TA Research team plays a critical role in A&M's growth by identifying and engaging talent for priority hiring campaigns across EMEA. Working closely with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders, Researchers provide targeted market intelligence, develop strong talent pipelines and help pinpoint the best candidates for business-critical roles.




How you will contribute



This role is focused on delivering high-quality sourcing and talent mapping to support priority hiring across EMEA. As part of the TA Research team, you will work closely with recruiters and fellow Researchers to support search strategy, build targeted longlists and map relevant talent pools across a range of levels, functions and geographies. You will also share practical talent insights, including candidate availability and relevant competitor activity, to help inform search delivery.



You will:

• Participate in search kick-off meetings with recruiters and hiring managers, helping define target profiles, relevant organisations and sourcing channels.


• Partner closely with recruiters to translate business priorities into structured, insight-led research plans.


• Deliver high-quality longlists and detailed market maps for priority hiring across EMEA, covering a range of levels, functions and business areas.


• Act as a talent market adviser by sharing clear insight on external talent dynamics, competitor activity and leadership trends.


• Build and maintain industry and functional research insight through ongoing monitoring of relevant markets and competitors.

Qualifications



The successful candidate will bring:

• Experience in talent research, sourcing or executive search, ideally gained in a retained search firm or in-house Talent Acquisition research function.

• Strong talent mapping and sourcing capability, including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray search, AI-assisted research techniques, data mining approaches and other advanced sourcing tools.

• Experience building targeted longlists and mapping external talent pools across different functions, sectors and geographies.


• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to support with recruiters, hiring managers and senior stakeholders on search strategy.


• Commercial judgement and ability to translate business priorities into structured sourcing plans.


• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present market insight clearly and credibly.

• High attention to detail, discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential searches and candidate information.

• Ability to work at pace, manage changing priorities and maintain high standards.


• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages would be beneficial.
