cer Financial are working alongside an international bank, who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Relationship Manager to work with them on a permanent basis.

The responsibilities of the Relationship Manager will include:

1. Originate new property finance lending opportunities through client and broker relationships.
2. Identify and develop high-potential lending and deposit customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with property investors, developers, brokers, and corporate clients.
4. Provide tailored, risk-aligned lending solutions as a trusted advisor.
5. Manage and grow a client portfolio, driving revenue, retention, and performance.
6. Maintain a strong pipeline and convert opportunities into completed deals.
7. Assess borrower creditworthiness, asset quality, and repayment capacity.
8. Complete due diligence and prepare credit proposals for approval.
9. Structure lending transactions, including pricing, leverage, and covenant terms.
10. Coordinate with internal teams to execute transactions efficiently.
11. Monitor portfolio performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk.
12. Conduct annual portfolio reviews and proactively manage emerging risks.

The successful candidate will have:

1. 5+ years in UK property finance
2. Proven origination track record
3. Strong market knowledge
4. Established broker and client relationships
