What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of accounts as primary point of contact and advisor
• Build long-term relationships through proactive engagement
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive growth
• Develop account strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Monitor customer satisfaction, performance, and contract compliance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer objectives
• Present proposals and business reviews to strengthen partnerships
• Resolve customer escalations collaboratively and efficiently
• Forecast revenue, pipeline, and account health
• Manage renewals and negotiations to ensure retention
