Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Qualifications: Ideally educated to degree level and progressing toward Chartered status via the CII.


• Experience: Proven track record of delivering written financial advice, whole-of-market research, and working across pensions, investments, protection, IHT, and trusts.


• Tech Stack: Proficiency with solutions such as Xplan, Voyant, CashCalc, and FE Analytics.


• Key Duties: Conducting complex research and cashflow modeling, producing suitability reports, maintaining strict compliance standards, and mentoring junior team members / participating in internal projects.


• Career Path: Offers clear progression opportunities into Senior Paraplanner or Financial Planner roles.
