Our client is looking for an investor relations associate to support its fundraising activities and investor relations function. Working closely with the team, the successful candidate will:

• Supporting fundraising processes, including the preparation of investor presentations, due diligence materials, data rooms and responses to LP enquiries
• Assisting with the management of relationships with existing and prospective investors, ensuring timely and professional communication
• Conducting market research and maintaining investor intelligence to support fundraising strategy and identify potential LPs
• Coordinating investor meetings, events and other engagement initiatives
• Supporting the preparation of regular investor updates, fund reporting and other communications
• Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes and leverage technology and AI to enhance the efficiency of the IR function

Who we are looking for

• Someone with relevant experience in investor relations, fundraising, private markets, financial services or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, polished materials for external stakeholders
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong research and analytical skills, with an interest in financial markets, venture capital and the technology ecosystem
