We're partnering with a leading PE-backed UK business on the appointment of a Head of Legal to join its established legal team.

THE ROLE

This is a broad leadership role with responsibility for providing commercially focused legal support across a diverse range of matters, including:

• Advising on complex commercial contracts and strategic partnerships
• Supporting customer-facing products and services
• Supporting corporate advisory work
• Supporting governance and company secretarial matters
• Leading and developing a high-performing legal team
• Driving legal operations improvements, innovation and the effective use of AI and technology
• Partnering closely with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders across the business

ABOUT YOU

We are keen to hear from qualified solicitors who:

• Have already operated successfully at Head of Legal level
• Possess strong commercial contracts experience
• Have experience advising on consumer, marketing and advertising matters in a regulated or non-regulated business
• Have exposure to corporate advisory and governance-related work
• Are confident engaging with senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams
• Have demonstrable people management and leadership experience
• Take a pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach
• Have an interest in legal technology, innovation and AI
• Thrive in fast-paced, evolving business environments
