Mercer has an opportunity for a DC Master Trust Relationship Manager to join our team in London. As a Relationship Manager for the Mercer Master Trust (MMT), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for developing growth strategies which align other Mercer or MMC products and services to the needs to the client.

DC Master Trust Relationship Manager
Mercer has an opportunity for a DC Master Trust Relationship Manager to join our team in London. As a Relationship Manager for the Mercer Master Trust (MMT), you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements. You will also be responsible for developing growth strategies which align other Mercer or MMC products and services to the needs to the client.
We will count on you for:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all queries and concerns
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business, their needs and requirements, and provide them with tailored solutions within the product and through a strong commercial focus, the wider business
- Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure that clients remain the priority and receive the highest level of service and support
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns
- Using belief-based engagement, identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients, further strengthening Mercers relationship
- Ensure that all client data is accurate and up-to-date, internal operational tasks are completed within allocated time frames and that all client interactions are recorded in the appropriate systems and share with key personnel
- Attend client meetings and industry events where appropriate, representing Mercer
- Deliver live demonstrations to colleagues, industry experts, prospects, clients and members
- Provide regular reports to senior management on client satisfaction levels, revenue growth, and other key performance indicators
What you need to have:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the pensions or financial services industry
- Excellent knowledge of defined contribution pension schemes and the UK pensions landscape
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs and concerns
- Customer-focused mindset, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service and support to clients.
