Associate Legal Counsel (Transactional - M&A)
A high-growth UK infrastructure business is seeking an ambitious Associate Legal Counsel to join its collaborative legal team during an exciting phase of expansion.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to move closer to the commercial heart of a business, supporting a wide range of strategic projects including M&A, corporate finance initiatives, commercial contracts and broader in-house legal matters.

The Role
You will work closely with senior lawyers and stakeholders across the business, supporting on:
- Corporate transactions, including M&A, investments, restructurings and corporate finance matters
- Transaction execution, due diligence and legal project management
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Advising on governance, legal risk and regulatory matters
- Managing external counsel and supporting strategic business initiatives
- A broad range of day-to-day in-house legal work as required

About You
We are interested in speaking with lawyers who have:
- UK qualification with approximately NQ-3 years' PQE
- Experience gained within a strong corporate, M&A, corporate finance, banking or restructuring practice
- Excellent drafting and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management ability
- A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to take ownership
- Interest in joining a fast-paced, growth-oriented business
