Associate Director - International Property Claims

A highly respected global insurance brokerage is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its growing International Property Claims team in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior claims professional with strong experience handling complex international property claims across the Lloyd's and wider insurance markets. The successful candidate will take ownership of a varied portfolio of high-value and technically challenging claims while supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to broader business objectives.

Working closely with clients, insurers, brokers and international stakeholders, you will provide strategic claims advice, negotiate successful outcomes, oversee claims performance and play a key role in driving service excellence. You will also support operational initiatives, process improvements and team development within a collaborative and highly regarded claims function.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience managing complex International Property Claims.

- Strong knowledge of the Lloyd's, London Market and international (re)insurance sector.

- Ability to provide technical guidance on coverage disputes, claims strategy and insurer negotiations.

- Experience coaching, mentoring or managing team members.

- Commercially minded with outstanding stakeholder management and client service skills.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
