Location: Leicester (On-site - Free Parking)
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

As the initial point of contact for clients and a vital support mechanism for our Financial Advisers, you will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive a seamless, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Client & Front of House: Warmly welcome clients for adviser meetings, handle incoming phone calls, and deliver excellent service as the face/voice of the business.
- Administrative Support: Sort incoming post, manage outgoing mail runs, and oversee shared email inboxes.
- Document & Data Management: Scan hard-copy documents, organize client files following adviser meetings, and keep CRM systems fully up to date.
- Provider & Policy Administration: Process Letters of Authority (LOAs), chase providers for outstanding information, and organize incoming policy data.
- Review Preparation: Produce necessary documentation and packs ahead of annual client reviews.
- Submissions: Assist with simple online provider submissions.

About You
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Friendly, professional phone manner and great interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in general IT and quick to pick up new systems/CRMs.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior administration experience within Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or wider professional services is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
