- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm (In Office)
- Friday: 8:30am - 1:30pm (Work from Home) - Enjoy an early start to your weekend!

Key Responsibilities
As our Employee Benefits Administrator, you will keep our client schemes running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Scheme Administration: Managing the day-to-day administration of employee benefits schemes, including workplace pensions, group risk, and healthcare.
- Client & Consultant Support: Assisting our consultants with ongoing client servicing, annual renewals, and the smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Provider Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact with providers and insurers to resolve queries and secure scheme updates.
- Data & System Management: Processing joiners, leavers, and policy updates, whilst ensuring our internal systems and records are meticulously maintained.
- Reporting: Preparing client-facing documentation, reports, and meeting packs.
What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes pride in their work, and has a keen interest in growing their career within employee benefits.
- Experience: Proven experience in an employee benefits or financial services administration role is essential.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of workplace pensions and/or group risk schemes is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident, client-friendly approach.
