JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION

To grow support the growth and development of the Payit Plus by ensuring the business goals are achieved in terms of Payit Plus accounts Acquisition & Revenue targets through engagement with B2B clients and entities. The person is expected to have good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to maximize the revenue potential & business opportunities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement effective Payit Plus - Salary Proposition strategies aligned with targets and goals assigned.
• Acquire Salary Accounts through B2B engagements with SME and corporate clients and onboard customers in bulk.
• Identify and establish partnerships with key stakeholders, including large corporates, institutions, merchants, and other relevant partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize collaboration and business outcomes.
• Develop and execute salary accounts product growth plans to meet or exceed targets in terms of acquisition, revenue and volume.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the bank, including employee banking, corporate banking, and business banking, to ensure successful acquire target accounts through leads generated from them.
• Achieve acquisition and revenue target from assigned verticals within the appraisal cycle.
• Become the SPOC for the clients in assigned segment and manage the end-to-end relationship with the clients in segments.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline.
• 3 years' relevant experience in the fintech sector or start-ups with at least 2 years in similar positions of progressively increasing responsibilities in the business development function.
