SALARY
$150,000.00 to $175,000.00 + Bonus

SUMMARY
This individual should have experience within either plastic injection molding and/or assembly of plastic components, organize, lead and help support business plan objectives. This facility is running 24/7; is IATF certified, and is running complex multi-shot and standard presses.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years Plant Management experience
• 5+ years experience in Plastics, Polymers or Thermoplastics (MUST)
• Plastic Injection Mold highly preferred
• 8+ years Management experience in Manufacturing
• Track-record of achieving target KPI's
• Bachelors degree in a manufacturing related discipline or equivalent experience.

DESCRIPTION

• Provide direction and leadership to all operations including team leads, supervisors and some department managers.
• Develop organizational leadership and support structures and effectively communicate expectations and priorities.
• Organize and coordinate activities within the manufacturing operation to meet or exceed the facility and corporate goals, including working with the engineering group.
• Forecast capital expenditures for improvement, replacement, or modification to production equipment and facilities.
• Lead and coach teams to drive a high-performance culture that accommodates rapid and dynamic growth and results in operational excellence and high employee engagement.
• Develop, maintain and improve systems/procedures.
• Foster the adaptation and ownership while driving the expectations around sustaining best practices.
• Proactively forecast direct labor requirements and develop creative solutions to achieve capacities along with industry leading flexibility.
