Job Title: Tax Manager

Location: St. Louis, MO

Salary: $120,000-$150,000

Company Summary: A full service professional services legal firm is seeking a Tax Manager to join its growing finance team. The role will report directly to the Director of Accounting & Finance and will play a key role in supporting tax compliance and reporting across multiple jurisdictions. The position is hands-on, with a focus on partnership tax filings and regulatory requirements, and will work closely with both internal stakeholders and external advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review partnership tax returns, including supporting schedules and workpapers
• Assist with federal, state, and local tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
• Research and interpret relevant tax laws and regulations to support ongoing business activities
• Support tax reporting requirements, including provision-related analysis

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of tax experience, ideally coming from public accounting
• CPA required
• Strong experience with partnership tax and compliance work
• Exposure to multi-state filings; familiarity with tax identification processes (PTIN)
