Supplier Documentation Coordinator

Contract Opportunity | Minimum 3-Month Assignment

BlackRock Resources is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support supplier documentation and compliance efforts for a leading food manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring documentation accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Request updated supplier documentation for raw materials and ingredients
• Follow up with vendors to obtain missing, expired, or incomplete documentation
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance requirements
• Maintain and organize supplier documentation databases and records
• Upload and categorize documents using established filing and metadata standards
• Track outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
• Generate supplier communications and documentation requests as needed
• Escalate unresolved vendor requests to procurement teams within established timelines
• Collaborate with Quality, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders to support compliance initiatives

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing business environment
• Experience building positive working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality, compliance, food safety, or supplier documentation
• Background in food manufacturing, food ingredients, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with supplier quality documentation and compliance processes
