Product Manager, Enabling Functions, London
As a Product Manager you will be part of Deloitte's internal employee experience team called Digital Services.
A group of highly motivated employees who are responsible for a smarter workday for well over 20.000 employees in the UK and in total over 45.000 employees across North South Europe. You take lead of our product team and provide product vision and direction to the agile development team and stakeholders. The main themes cover human-centered innovation, proposition design (build, test, iterate), Mobile, Web and Usability.

Work with a team of other experts, such as Service Designers, UI Designers, UX Designers, Mobile Developers, Full Stack Developers, Quality Engineers, etc. You are responsible for the product roadmaps and guide the team in building great experiences for our employees. You will do so supported by the methodologies Agile, Design Thinking and Lean Startup. Best if you have proven experience of running end-to-end product-service innovation. This from identifying user pain-points and needs, to conceptualization, to running experiments and validation across three lenses of desirability, viability and feasibility, to defining minimal viable products (MVP), to shaping the characteristics and features a successful product should have, and to spearheading a product launch.
As a product manager you'll be leading a diverse team to conduct desirability, viability and feasibility reviews and/or experiments for the ideas your team has identified. This means you're comfortable setting up proof of concepts, can define their success and can manage the relevant stakeholders.
This also means, you're quick yet rigorous in defining hypotheses and coming up with the most suitable type of experiments to test and valid the hypotheses on a daily basis.
You're a self-starter, creative and open-minded, are not afraid to get hands dirty, someone who can motivate the team based on vision and drive, and doesn't need to pull rank to get stuff done.

Work pattern: This is a permanent contract opportunity. The role can be worked on a full-time basis. Your professional experience
• Higher education or equivalent ability
• Experience as a Product Manager, looking after a product portfolio
• Scrum certified (Product Owner or Scrum Master)
• Proven track record in successfully motivating and guiding a multidisciplinary team
• Good knowledge and affinity with UX design, user centricity, and (digital) product innovation
• Some experience with digital product development (Mobile and Web development) and more importantly, can communicate effortlessly with developers
• A proven track record in bringing ideas and concepts to the finish line, meaning you have scoped and built MVPs, and have led a few product launches and further releases
• Experience with Lean Startup, Design Thinking and/ or Design Sprints you will have preference
• You have the build - test - iterate mindset and is not afraid to pivot rapidly
• You are a skillful communicator, analytical, and a conceptual thinker
• Questioning the status quo is second nature to you
