Our client is a global asset manager with a wide range of successful funds across retail, wholesale and institutional.
They are looking to hire a Product Development Manager for their direct to consumer / personal investing business. The role will form part of a small agile team set up to launch the new proposition. The role will be responsible for developing, managing and launching new product structures aimed at a direct to consumer audience, including ISA, JISA and GIA tax wrappers.
Key responsibilities include: defining and delivering new products to market, managing and maintaining the current product range, ensuring the product range is fit for purpose and market leading, driving innovation and continuous improvement of the proposition, working with internal and external stakeholders and working closely with internal investment and distribution teams.
The successful candidate will have previous product management or product development experience. Experience in direct to consumer products is essential i.e. ISA, JISA, GIA wrappers. The candidate will also need to have the ability to deliver to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment, very strong stakeholder management and project management skills and would enjoy working in an entrepreneurial, digitally-focused and disruptive team.
