The Opportunity:
The firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join its specialist estates and high-net-worth advisory team. You will work closely with two highly regarded partners who lead on complex, multi-generational wealth matters and landed estates. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to gain exposure to significant, high-value work, while developing deep technical expertise and building relationships with prominent clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Advising on the full spectrum of landed estates matters, including succession planning, heritage property considerations, agricultural assets, and governance structures.
• Acting for HNW families, trustees and family offices on long-term wealth structuring and preservation.
• Working on cross-border matters involving tax planning, trusts, and international estate issues.
• Collaborating with colleagues across property, corporate, tax, and philanthropic teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Supporting on large projects and transactions involving multi-jurisdictional estate assets.
• Managing your own matters while contributing to high-profile partner-led projects.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 1-4 years' PQE.
• Strong grounding in private client work, ideally including exposure to landed estates or agricultural property.
• Excellent technical understanding of trusts, tax, wills and succession planning.
• Experience supporting on large transactions or multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong academics and technical drafting ability.
• Confident communicator with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel and relevant legal platforms).
