Key Responsibilities

Process & Reporting Enhancement

1. Support the Finance team in the automation and optimization of financial and reporting processes.
2. Support the team in the review of all relevant Statistical reporting requirements.
3. Analyse financial data, identify patterns or risks, and translate findings into clear business requirements.

Policy & Control Framework

1. Review relevant Finance and Regulatory reporting policies and ensure they reflect current regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements.
2. Identify procedural or control gaps and drive actions to remediate them in partnership with key stakeholders.
3. Ensure all procedures and process documentation are complete, accurate, and regularly updated.

Documentation & Governance

1. Produce high-quality process documentation, business requirement documents, and workflow summaries.
2. Maintain documentation repositories to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Structured and organised approach to work, with strong documentation discipline.
2. Excellent analytical and technical skills, with the ability to interpret data and define process improvements.
3. Sound knowledge of financial products and accounting concepts, ideally gained within a financial services environment.
4. Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
5. Proactive mindset with the ability to prioritise multiple workstreams.
