FX Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking an experienced FX Prime Brokerage Client Service Representative to join a leading global investment banking organisation on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is a highly client-facing position within the FX Prime Brokerage (FXPB) Client Service team, acting as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients across the full client lifecycle, from onboarding through to ongoing business-as-usual support.

Working within a global "follow-the-sun" support model, you will manage 2-3 key client relationships while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Trading, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Relationship Management teams.

This role would suit an individual with strong FX Prime Brokerage or FX Operations experience, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex onboarding and service delivery activities for institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned FXPB clients throughout the onboarding and BAU servicing lifecycle.
• Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding activities, ensuring operational readiness and successful client implementation.
• Facilitate interactions between clients, legal teams, and internal stakeholders to progress documentation and onboarding requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service and identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Monitor onboarding progress across multiple internal teams, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
• Manage trade lifecycle events including option exercises, NDF fixings, reconciliations, trade capture, and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve trade discrepancies by liaising with clients, counterparties, and third-party platforms.
• Support client testing activities and implementation projects, including workflow validation and operational readiness exercises.
• Produce client-focused reporting and contribute to service improvements, process efficiencies, and operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with Relationship Management, Trading, Sales, Middle Office, Legal, Risk, Technology, Collateral, and Operations teams globally.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years' experience within FX Prime Brokerage Client Services preferred.
• Candidates with strong FX trading support, FX operations, settlement, or trade support experience combined with client servicing exposure will also be considered.
• Good understanding of FX Prime Brokerage products and workflows.
• Proven experience managing relationships with institutional or financial markets clients.
• Experience supporting client onboarding and implementation processes.
• Comfortable engaging with legal teams and coordinating documentation requirements.
• Understanding of FX products including Spot, Forwards, NDFs and Options.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
