My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a Director level Senior Programme Manager to join on a permanent basis. The individual will working on global digital programme and be responsible for executing initiatives across all work stream disciplines with a focus on great delivery and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank is looking for a Director level Senior Programme Manager to join on a permanent basis. The individual will working on global digital programme and be responsible for executing initiatives across all work stream disciplines with a focus on great delivery and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will ideally come from a digital background, with extensive Programme Management experience.


Core responsibilities:
• Conduct/prepare execution feasibility studies as part of the business case
• Prepare all aspects of execution project planning including the project plan and key milestones
• Create standard policies/procedures/frameworks as they pertain to the execution stage
• Ensure disciplined PMO for different stages of execution (pilot, MVP, final product, and testing)
• Drive the development of standardized project process flows, procedures and frameworks to be used for each new product
• Make the quality of the ideas and concept your responsibility; you will see every stage of the work from start to finish and are essential in ensuring consistent quality and the banks standards are adhered to.

Candidate background:
• BA/MA Degree in Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative disciplines preferred, but not required if practical experience in the “digital space” is sufficient and proven
• Extensive programme management experience with a mixture of Banking and other industries
• Experience in using a wide range of project management tools and methodologies
• Experience in a large organization environment
• Broad experience in project management models and their application to different projects, including Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum
