Jefferies has dedicated Corporate Access teams based in London, New York, Hong Kong and Japan. The London-based Strategic Corporate Access team works in close partnership with Jefferies' Equity Research, Sales and Sales Trading groups to leverage the firm's relationships across the platform.

Jefferies is seeking a Corporate Access Executive to join its London-based Strategic Corporate Access team. This is a hybrid role between corporate access origination and execution. The successful candidate will assist with the generation and delivery of high quality corporate access with UK and European Corporates for institutional investors.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities are:

  • Provide support to the Strategic Corporate Access team with a wide range of day-to-day activities
  • Help to prepare marketing materials and corporate access proposals for UK and European companies under Jefferies' Research coverage
  • Undertake full coordination of select corporate access events, including logistics
  • Assume responsibility for maintaining Jefferies' CRM and other databases

Person Specification

The following skills and experience are required for this role:

  • Experience within Corporate Access, Investor Relations or the wider Financial Services industry is essential
  • Exceptional organizational skills and forensic attention to detail
  • Strong ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and resourceful team-player with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
