Working closely with the Commercial Leadership Team, you'll develop and execute strategic initiatives that unlock new revenue opportunities, improve commercial performance, and support long-term business growth.

The Role

As Commercial Strategy Lead, you'll partner with senior leaders across the business to identify growth opportunities, evaluate commercial investments, and develop strategic recommendations that drive business performance.

You'll transform complex data into compelling insights, producing executive-level presentations that clearly communicate strategic recommendations and influence decision-making at the highest level.

  • Produce high-quality presentation decks for board and executive-level audiences.
  • Create engaging strategic narratives backed by robust financial and commercial analysis.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations confidently to senior executives and key decision-makers.
About You

You'll be an exceptional communicator with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling.

You'll also have:
  • 3-5 years' experience in Commercial Strategy, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or a similar strategic role.
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • The ability to structure ambiguous business problems into practical commercial solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial analysis experience.
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-quality materials.
  • Confidence presenting complex concepts to senior leadership teams.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies and supporting commercial growth initiatives.
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
What's on Offer
  • Salary up to £120,000
  • Annual bonus of 7.5%
  • Travel allowance
  • Pension contribution of up to 4%
  • Hybrid working - 2 days in the London office, 3 days from home
  • The opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on business-critical strategic initiatives.
  • A collaborative, high-performing culture where your ideas will shape the future direction of the business.
  • Excellent career progression within a growing organisation.
