Our client is a leading third party Loan Servicing and Loan Asset Management business. This market leading business works with a variety of different real estate lenders and debt investors and manages performing commercial real estate loans, NPL's and securitised products on behalf of their clients.

Due to continued growth, are looking to hire an experienced CRE debt professional into their Loan Servicing team. The successful candidate manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans and act as Facility and Security Agent on transactions on behalf of some of their key clients including investment management firms, debt funds and bulge bracket investment banks.

Responsibilities:

1. Service commercial real estate loans in the UK and continental Europe and monitor their performance and ability to support loan payments.
2. Prepare loan performance reports.
3. Provide general customer service to lenders and borrowers.
4. Evaluate and prepare recommendations for lender consent items on loan and real estate related issues and presents those recommendations to stakeholders.
5. Manage the set-up of new loans in loan servicing system and maintains the integrity of loan information.
6. Monitor loan document compliance by borrowers, including maintenance of property insurance and hedging, and submission of rent rolls and property operating statements.
7. Prepare operating statement analyses and other collateral review activities.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in real estate debt, having knowledge of the European commercial real estate finance sector.
2. Experience of managing CRE loans.
3. Experience across both development and investment finance is beneficial.
4. Experience of Facility and Security Agent work is a plus.
5. Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel.
6. Experience of working in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
