ROLE OVERVIEW




PRPOSE OF JOB



To assist the Associate Director/Managerand team with operational tasks. This is an excellent position for anindividal who wants to development their knowledge in trst or has workedwithin an internal finance role previosly and has had experience working withacconting packages delivering a high-qality otpt.




MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DTIES

Preparation and Review of daily operational tasks, sch as invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients, and sales ledger related qeries.

Managing a bsy inbox and allocating qeries to the team accordingly.

Liaise with Administration Teams to ensre and promote adherence to deadlines and delivery of billing processes and Service Level Agreements (SLA').

Review & Processing client entity closedown reqests.

Assist with month-end reporting tasks.

Assist with ad-hoc projects/reqests.

phold the Grop's policies and standards, ensring legislative reglations are followed.

Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedres in relation to reglatory reqirements and AML legislation.

Adhere to JTC core vales and expected behaviors.

ESSENTIAL REQIREMENTS

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and ability to work in fast paced environment with mltiple priorities.

High level of accracy and attention to detail.

Team player, ability to work well with a team.

Experienced in financial operations (sales ledger).
