Providing organisational, secretarial and administrative support to Senior Leadership




Detailed duties & responsibilities

• Manage calendars, booking rooms, travel, accommodation and resources as appropriate


• Arrange various internal and external meetings, liaising with others for availability.


• Manage the expenses process


• Assist with the collation and creation of various reports and documents


• Attend meetings in order to take notes


• Liaise with others to assist with resolving any issues/actions


• Perform general secretarial and administrative support


• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times


• Work in accordance with Weightmans' values


• Work in accordance with the necessary internal rules, procedures etc


• Perform any other duties as reasonably requested

About You




Person specification

• Previous legal secretarial & PA experience


• Excellent IT skills,


• Excellent organisational and time management skills


• Excellent communication skills, including presentation and report writing skills


• Ability to multi task and work to strict deadlines


• Confidential and discreet


• Flexibility in order to travel to other offices and occasionally work outside of normal hours


• Ability to work under pressure
