Customer Reception Advisor - Salary circa £26,700

This is a great job for someone with customer service or administration experience who is confident speaking with customers and handling a range of enquiries. You may have worked in a contact centre, customer support, or administrative role and be looking to build your career in a professional services environment.

A bit about the job:

Our Legal Advice Line team is often the first point of contact for customers seeking legal support. You'll help customers access the right advice by understanding their needs, setting up enquiries, and managing referrals to our Legal Advisors. You'll work closely with colleagues across the department to ensure customers receive a smooth and supportive experience. You'll be accountable for maintaining accurate records, coordinating enquiries, and helping legal advice reach customers within agreed timescales. Your contribution will help deliver an inclusive and accessible service that customers can trust.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult situations.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a busy environment and prioritising workloads effectively.
• Experience using customer, case management, or administrative systems would be beneficial.

Our Reception team works a rotating shift pattern of 8:00am-4:00pm, 9:00am-5:00pm, and 10:00am-6:00pm

• Starting salary circa £26.700 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
