Job Description

As part of Avaloq's Strategy & Corporate Development team, you will help shape the company's strategic direction through rigorous analysis, structured problem-solving, and close collaboration with senior stakeholders. You will contribute to strategy development, transformation initiatives, and corporate development activities while gaining broad exposure across Avaloq's business.

This role is ideal for a high-performing professional looking to apply strategic thinking, financial analysis, and execution excellence in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Your key tasks

• Support the development of Avaloq's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda, helping translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Conduct analyses, financial models, business cases, and market assessments to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive leadership and help structure management discussions

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role
• Exposure to banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German or Italian is a plus
